Applied for a FNB credit card about a month ago. At first the service was great and got feedback for my enquiry immediately. The person who phoned me the 1st time was very helpfull and told me to send all my documentation ect. The next day i did email everything. a couple of days later I had to phone and ask if they received everything, then only i was told my ID copy was to dark, can i send another copy. So i then faxed it. I aked how will i know if they received it. apparently someone would phone you in 48 hours if not received yet. After a couple of days I received a phone call on my work phone, I asked the person the please phone me on my cell phone, which did not happen i just received an Sms asking that I fax 3 months bank statements. Which i did. After about a week I still have not heard anything back so I phoned again. Then i was told that my bank statements were not received. I then already complained that why haven't anybody phoned me to ask if i have send it. So the same day i faxed it again. That was now last week. So today I phoned again.. The lady on the phone just told me that the application was closed and I had to re apply!! Pathetic service!
