Good day

the reason for Complaint
is service and also the lake of updating
your guys system with regards to payment,

i recently applied for car finance
only to find that my nedbank
credit card arrears,
thus the reason my fiance
was declined.
as my ratting and payment
are not up to date,
which is not true

i phoned in to your call centre
Last week Thursday
to find out whats the problem on my credit card with you guys
and why it is reflecting that i am in arrears,
the person that handle the call said
everything is up to date and she does not know
why its coming up,

she put the call to your legal department
and they said sorry and they
will email a letter stating this is not true,
for me to hand in to my bank,

it is now Wednesday the 19/06/2013
and i still did not get any letter,
and also because of this
my rating all systems show,
i am a bad payer which
is unfair as i am not,

please could you guys sort my rating on trans-union
and get me the letter asap,
