Standard bank credit card - paid in full

I settled my credit card account in July 2012 proof of payment and paid up letter was email and faxed to Standard Bank on numerous occasions. The account still reflect as unpaid and in arrears on my ITC report thanks to Standard bank not updating their system. I am now in a situation were I am busy purchasing a property and all home bond applications are denclined due to this. I have again submitted proof of payment and the paid up letter to Standard bank and requested to sort this out asap. I have reqeusted a letter stating that the account was indeed settled in 2012, but can not get immediate assitance and just received a dont care attitude from them. I will most probably loose the oppurtunity to purchase this property at a very reasonable price, thanks to Standard bank. I have submitted a complaint on their website with no responce to date and expect them to react asap. i have never experienced such bad service from any organasation ever and wont recomend this institude to any consumer.
