I received a call from Bondfin after I asked them to help me with the financing of the bond. Some other banks declined due to "affordability" reasons? SA Home Loans have then picked up that I am BLACKLISTED by NEDBANK for the credit card of R40 000 that I had in Mar 2012, and PAID IT in Oct 2012. According to the credit bureau, I am in arrears of R13 000! I never had problems with any credit applications before or after that Credit card, until now, let alone made aware that I am listed. They financed my house same year, have a credit card, investment, and lately got a personal loan with them, hence I am so disappointed in them. It's the only bank that I'd ever banked with...

Getting to Nedbank branch, I was made to call their "call center", where I was taken from pillar to post and not actually helped. Ultimately, after 16h00, the lady called and got the Trans Union numbers that we called and the guy that I spoke to said Nedbank (as they listed me and failed to remove me then) should write and URGENT INSTRUCTION to them so I can be REMOVED from Credit Bureau. Sadly I left the bank without being helped, as their so-called-legal department's phone just rang without being answered.
