I have made an arrangement with Nedbank for my credit card. On the trans-union the staus show bad debt written off. I tried calling Nedbank card collections division more than 7 times and i was sent from pillar to post with some of agents hanging up on my ear. All i want is my status to be changed and for them to send me a letter confirming that i have made an arrangement to pay.
I don't regret leaving this bank. Its the worst bank ever. Petty i only realized that after 13years
