I went to FNB today to get some help with my accounts. I couldn't get assistance from the staff due to some procedure. I was sent to the branchmanager's office who couldn't authorise my transaction as well, which made me extremely upset and i wanted to close all my accounts. The branch manager and Assiya then asked if i could wait while they speak to the regional manager . i was happy when they told me that my query is sorted and i could access my funds, which i needed t fix my car. i was in tears by the time they told me and Assiya was kind enough to bring me water. Thank you for your help.
