Incorrect information sent to Transunion

I have been an active payer of my Nedbank Gold Credit Card, I pay on time every month, I pay more than the minimum amount owing and I even paid early in December, you would think this is a good thing? - Not so. Nedbank has a useless admin system, all the consultants I have spoken to throughout give me different information on each call. I have proof of payment for each and every month, full payment of amounts owing and date payments were made but Nedbank was unable to "link" my payment for December as it was made earlier than usual as I was paid early. As a result they submitted to Transunion that I - "missed a payment, my account is in arrears and I am a late payer"- this emerged now as I have applied for a bond and it was declined. I find this astounding to say the least and am SO happy I moved my banking to a bank who knows what they are doing. I have sent many mails but no one seems to be willing or able to fix this simple error. Nedbank sort this issue out, or I will forward the complaint to the Ombudsmen, and train your staff on how to deal with situations like these - or you will be losing a lot more clients to other banks of choice!
