I visited the FNB branch on Tuesday the 11th of June to update my address. It is now Friday the 14th and still my address is not loaded on the system correctly. I went back to the branch where I was given a telephone and told to contact the call centre.. I mean really but even they could not assist. I asked for a statement with my address on the statement. I got a statement alright but with no details for me to verify. My request is simple.. I am so annoyed there are no words. Glad I didn't do the change over. Ill stick with my current bank with such pathetic service at fnb!
