CHANGE OF ADDRESS - STILL WRONG AFTER ONE YEAR

My business partner has left the business - and I embarked on the "simple" task of changing my business address from Fish Hoek to Constantia. It has been over ONE YEAR - and it is still not right. There seems to be no global way to change the details. I think I have succeeded, and then call the bank and when they verify my address - it is again the wrong address. Today I received a statement to my Constantia address - with the addition of MASEPHUMELELE - a township near Fish Hoek. What does it take Standard Bank? And why am I paying you service charges?
