Bank statement with CURRENT address not possible??

I do not understand why it is so difficult to produce a bank statement for me with my current proof of address on it!!! I changed my address over a month ago with FNB. It was processed successfully. Today i called customer services and asked them to send me a recent bank statement. They sent me one, BUT it has my OLD address printed on the top! I was told that it is because all of FNB's systems are on a cycle and they cannot print statements with updated information (like my new address) until the next cycle... despite FNB's systems only reflecting my NEW address. This is crazy! and complete nonsense!
How is it that all of your systems have my new address, but i am not able to receive a statement from you with my new adress on it!??? surely you can make a plan? surely you CAN help us??! I do not believe that there is absolutely nothing that you can do to find a solution to this. ALL SYSTEMS MUST HAVE SOME FORM OF MANUAL INTERVENTION. You should be able to print a statement with an address on it that all of your systems are reflecting. It is absurd!

Please can someone at FNB get back to me because this is ridiculous. I need this information urgently!
