I was at the bank today to change a debit date on my ACC from FNB for my I pad and to change my address.
when I told them my ID was gone but I had my passport witch is valid till 2019 they say I must go they cant help me .so now I cant change my address or debit dates WHY NOT
this is the branch I bank with. I have asked in the past to change my debit order they said it was done, but obviously not, I showed them I paid my ipad and that I was double charged they did not help me because they say a passport is not an ID and they cant use it. I asked for a statement of my ipad so I was sent down stairs just to see that they printed my bank statements and charged me for it, and no I pad statement
