No response to emails send to change address

I have changed my postal address in Nelspruit on my credit card as we were relocating to Kimberley. I visited the FNB Branch in Nelspruit and the branch even showed me on the screen that the address was amended after it has been changed to the new postal address which reflected KIMBERLEY. This was during Nov 2012. For the month of Des 2012 I still received the statement with the Nelspruit postal address and I visit them again In Kimberley to request why the statement is still in the old address. Suddenly I am now receiving a sms for my balance on my card which I did not requested. After several emails FNB has sent me statements by email of the past 4 months again which still shows the address as Nelspuit and not the new Kimberley postal address. My last email to them was on 8th April 2013 and still no answer from them. This is bad service just to get a statement sent to the correct postal address. The service and I am considering to close the account.
