Terrible Service - Existing client

On numerous oocassions i requested a simple bank statement reflecting my postal address. On the first occassion (Thursday) I went to get my postal address changed to my home address. They promised that the change will be done and I would get my bank statement on the Monday. On Monday I went to Sandton City branch and the change had not been done, they blamed it on their I.T dept. I then spoke to the manager and she assured me that she would email me my bank statement on Tuesday morning. On Tuesday morning by 10:00 she had not emailed me and i contacted her office only to be told that she was in training all day and that no one else could help me. The contact centre was not able to help me either. In conclusion, nedbank is not able to give an existing client a simple bank statement with an address reflected on it. Thats what you call BAD SERVICE. I have still not received any feedback or notification from Nedbank after being a loyal customer for more than ten years. I will be closing my Nedbank account and moving all my money and investements to another financial institution who "can help" as nobody in Nedbank is interested in helping. Nedbank is the worst bank ever!!!
