Poor accounts update

My debit order for my African bank account is set to go off on last working day of the month but if it falls over a weekend it is suppose to go off the following working day.31 May 2013 was a Friday so it was suppose to go off on 3 June 2013.My salary was paid in on 31 May but was not available until 3 June. African bank decided they are still going to try and take money out of my account over the weekend although there was nothing and it shows debt order rejected due to insufficient funds. Monday 3 June when money came available they did take their money via debt order. I have 3 open accounts with them. On my itc it shows 2 loans-no update on credit record and my credit card shows no payment in arrears for 30 days. Strange isn't it? But they received their money for all 3 accounts. They were quick to update my credit profile to say I did not pay but they did receive their money the following working day via debt order like they were suppose to but my credit profile has not been updated. Poor slow pathetic utterly disgusted service from you guys. Why do you apply for a job at a company if you don't do your work properly or don't do it at all because you are LAZY!!!
