BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to First National Bank at the Randburg Square branch on the 18th of January to get a statement. i was assisted by Tinny and before she printed my statement i advised her to check my address as they are still printing my statements with the old address. she said she will check. she went to print and afterwards realised that the statement still had an address that i no longer use. i changed this address 2 years ago and on their system they have the new address as the residential address and the old one as the postal. i asked Tinny to correct the error but she told me that i should go the the Main Avenue Branch where i changed my residential address. i then asked to speak to a manager but she asked me why i wanted to complain to them when then error was done at another branch. isn't it the same company.??? i then managed to speak to a manager by the name Charles who changed my address and said Tinny was suppose to assist me in the first place. Charles was very helpful and he said he will reverse the second statement charge. I just checked my account online and i have been billed two R59 for the 2 statements. this is very bad customer service and i want this to be rectified.
