Pathethic Service and lack of knowledge

I have recently resigned and put through a pension claim to date i have received no help from this organization.
Their call center agents lack knowledge and each one has his or her own story.
They refuse to pay me my own money and keep saying they need to get this info and that clearance. Last week i was told all is well and i should get payment this week. Today i was told i need to wait a further two weeks. Do these people have any sense of customer service. When i asked for a complaints line i was told there is not one. And i trusted these people with my money. In the meantime my bills accumulate and my pockets run dry. I am starting too
believe that this is some sort of victimisation as i did not resign from my company on good terms.

Their own consultant told me i have 2 years before i can decide what to do with my balance and these people in the call center tell me otherwise or is this just an excuse to drag payment.
Can someone from this pathetic organization get back to me as i am livid with your service
