This is the 6th week awaiting payment on my claim and for the past two weeks I have called the call center 6 times only to hear different stories about how my claim is on hold, no tax clearance has been applied for, outstanding broker details for fund transfers excuses. You are stuck at the call center with poor agents trying to get info and relaying broken telephone messages.

utterly gutted by the lack of service.
