So after going through the Hellopeter posts I see that Alexander Forbes seems to delay all provident payments with the same story. First I was told that payment was going through after taking long enough to 'process' things. Then the payment was rejected due to and automated bank validation process.
After that I was told to send a bank statement and copy of ID and then everything would be processed and payment would be made right away (this was all done yesterday). After this I contacted the call centre this morning and was told payment date will only be known now in 3-5 days. Not even payment, but payment date!
This is shocking service, how can a payment be made, then rejected due to bank details needed to be checked, then information provided then take another week to sort out? I wonder when I will ever get this sorted and wont be recommending Alexander Forbes with current 'pass the buck and lack of service' I've received thus far.
I even tried to call Candice directly and she is always 'not available'.
Please contact me ASAP as I need this sorted and payed by end of the week as this is unacceptable.
