I would like to bring to your attention that I applied for a transferal of my retirement fund when I resigned from my previous company 5 years ago. The funds were only transferred to my current retirement fund last week. When I asked what about the interest I was told about a late payment interest. I inquired what that means and is it equivalent of the interest I would have accumulated in the 5 years no one could give me an answer. I think it is appalling that some of your agents are unable to give me an answer and refuse to transfer me with someone who is equipped with the knowledge to assist me. Secondly for a "reputable " company who we trust with our money your admin department needs to be relooked at for you to take 5 years to transfer. It makes me wonder when I will be paid should I decide to go into retirement, perhaps when I am dead from being unable to sustain myself due to lack of funds. This is really not on.
