Horrible service / No service

I resigned from my previous company, asked them to please pay out my pension fund and was told that I would have to wait 6 weeks for the claim to be processed.
I then on the 6week mark called Alexander Forbes only to be told that my previous employer never paid in their last contribution towards my pension fund. I then asked Alexander Forbes if they have been in contact with my previous employer at all. The lady on the phone told me that I would need to ask my previous employer to pay their last contribution, which I did. The company told me that the last contribution has been paid. I call Alexander forbes back only to be told to keep phoning my old company. I have begged and called a lot and no response has been given from Alexander Forbes. I have never in my life had such bad service, ever. I keep calling and keep getting the same answer. I have sent a few e-mails to a person at Alexander Forbes and the mail keeps getting forwarded and I get an automatic response saying that they will contact me.
It has been 12 WEEKS and I have heard nothing.
I am shocked and highly irritated with Alexander Forbes for the poor customer service!!!
