I had a guarantee that had to be paid out today. Despite the bond cancellation attorneys having the guarantee for a while they failed to read the conditions. I too failed to read them and sent the bank notification to pay out the guarantee erroneously. The notification should have been sent by the bond cancellation attorneys. Nomthandazo phoned me to advise me that the correct firm hadn't advised them and she kept calling until the matter was addressed and then she phoned to tell me too that she had finally received the correct letter. The confirmation should have been sent prior to 1pm but she kept phoning well after 3pm until it was sorted. I can't thank her enough for the wonderful service which I received from her today. It is so unusual and I hope that she receives the recognition for her fabulous service. Thank you so much.
