I resigned on the 25 Oct and filled out my pension form with my Admin. They sent it to People Serve and they were suppose to sent it to Alexander Forbes for processing. When I got my service certificate on the 21 Nov. I also got a ref number for my claim with AF. When I did a follow up last week they told me that nothing was processed as they need payout information. I contacted my admin and they sent it again. I then called again at AF and they told me they still need the info. I called People serve and they told me they only got the info on the 04th Nov but AF still doesn't have it. This is dissapointing and I am told it will take 6 weeks when the form is received. I worked there for 9 years and this how I get treated. This truely is dissapointing. I am not gona wait 6 weeks as its already 6 weeks. Someone didn't do their job and I'm suffering cause of it. Sort this out asap.
