The bank debited my account without informing me towards the end of April. I then went to the branch in Randburg and was given the number to call. After being taken forth and back between the bank and contractor, the bank finally said they will issue refund after the contractor assisted me. Now my biggest problem is that it took Nedbank less than 5 seconds to debit my account yet am being told I have to wait for 7 working days for a refund. This whole saga has inconvenienced me in a lot of ways and has resulted in me defaulting on my other financial obligations. This has led to even more debits to bounce and thus reflect very badly in my credit rating which I am working so hard to restore.
