Double debit my account without notification

What is it with the banks these days where they think they can do as they please?? my account was double debited for a personal loan i took from Nedbank and when i called the collections department this morning i was told that they can request a refund and that it will take 4-7 working days for the refund to be done. Really? it takes Nedbank 1 second to double deduct of my account and it takes them 4-7 working days to refund. nice life they have! in the meantime i have to pay for unsuccessful transactions R138 Each. i have accounts that now cannot go through as scheduled due to Nedbank! who is going to pay me this money back and write an apology letter to my creditors for Nedbanks incompetency?! i have gone to my bank to have these transactions reversed, but again at my own cost! so guess what. Nedbank... you will pay for these charges as well as its not my fault that you put through your debit orders twice in one month. i want my charges paid back to me. all of it.
