BRIDGE OF AGREEMENT

I had an arrangement with Nedbank loan account to debit the loan amount at Capitec as it is where i get my salary.
They did that, Nedbank went in on the 30/05/2013 and debited the amount on the wrong bank account (nedbank), i phoned them they told me that they will refund it as they had no right to go into my Nedbank account without my permission, on the 11/06/2013, they went back again to my nedbank account and debited R1.100 which is not even the loan amount, so they debited twice, they wet back again and debited on the Capitec account. i have been calling the branch and they promise to refund me till to date nothing has been done.

i had an agreement with them and i find it very un excepted for them to play around my bank accounts without my permission. the money they are busy debiting at the nedbank account is not even my money. they have it on their records which bank account to debit from.to my knowledge this is fraut.
