I have had enough of your bank

I took a personal Loan from Nedbank. after taking the loan, i had problems getting a copy of the contract or loan agreement. after finally getting it, i made a payment in full to settle the loan. i sent a proof of settlement to Nedbank. after sending it, my account was still debited with the amount. i called Nedbank call centre and the guy i spoke to said he would reverse the debit order and the money will reflect back in my account. No money in my account.
called the call centre today, and the lady tells me it takes 7 working days to give me my money back, she was very unhelpful. the guy i spoke to first never mentioned a waiting period.
I gave Nedbank their money back, I want my money back. Why debit my account, Nedbank took money that does not belong or is owed to them. that is my money. It is.
Easiest sokution now is to contact the Ombudsman and take legal action. see you in court Nedbank.
