Debiting My Bank Account Before the Arranged Date

My arrangement with Nedbank to debit my account is for the 25th of each month however they feel the need to debit my account prior to the 25th. They have done this on several occasions and I received a letter from my bank saying that I am handling my account very badly and it is affecting my credit scoring. I had several discussions with Nedbank about this and their consultants said that they updated their system as they dont know why their system is doing that. I have been told alot of by Nedbank. I was told that my account would be debited on the 25th and there we go again they debited my account on the 22nd. I am so disgusted with Nedbank. I will never ever bank with them and I will definitely pass on this information to family and friends.
