Triple debited my account

NEDBANK went into my account and triple debited an amount of R3564.03 without my permission and when I enquired I was told that it is technical fault on their side and the money will be paid back into my account within 3 working days if urgent, obviously it is urgent because my other debits are being returned as unpaid, all they could say was "sorry for the inconvenience", NEDBANK has now put me in a big problem as all my other account debit orders are bouncing. NEDBANK must pay for all the bounced debit orders as I'm not prepared to pay for their mess up.

I know as per the NCA, Nedbank is not supposed to just take money from my account without my permission and if they do not refund me my money I will report them to the banks ombudsman as i have been robbed by the bank that is supposed to know the laws but clearly not.

who is going to pay for my interest for the returned debit. I am really disappointed in them and to I was considering moving all my accounts to them.
