Unauthorised debit order withought my permission

NEDBANK went into my account and debited an amount of R1869 withought my permission and when i enquired i was told that it was for my credit card. i did give them permission before to deduct R250 not R1869 and when i called their call centre i was referred to their branch, when i went to their branch i was given a number to call when i dialled their number i was told to call the number monday between 8-5 of which i did and the number they gave me was for company called Hammond pole attorneys i spoke to Takalani Phadage she told me that they never received the R1869 Nedbank debited on the 20th of March and that i needed to speak to Nedbank for them to refund me. i went to Nedbank in Irene Mall and spoke to Tshepiso who helped me a lot and called their legal department again and spoke to the lady called Palesa Manoko from Nedbank Legal who told me that Nedbank cant refund me my money that they took withought my permission. I know as per the NCA nedbank is not supposed to do that withought my permission and if they do not refund me my money i will report them to the banks ombudsman as i have been robbed by the bank that is supposed to know the laws but clearly not
