SAA Voyager Redeem Problems

You spend so much money with SAA on their flights ect. and when it comes to reward their costomers it is such a huge issue and struggle that people actually just give up on redeeming their voyager miles! I had to redeem voyager miles for my manager. Firstly she has lost her pin and they can only send her pin via sms or email. The email address on the system is incorrect, they can only change it via an e-mail to them and it will take up to 7 days to change! What! I am sure you can change it on your system, but it is too much of an efford for them! My manager does not have any cellphone coverage as she is on leave out of the country, but they can not understand or grasp that concept, they keep on telling me they will send an sms. I asked them to please redeem the points over the phone, they said that to redeem points for a spa voucher you can only do it online. Asking the person what if i don't have internet, she responded that i will then have to make a plan and go to an internet cafe. The CHEEK!!! The service is terrible, you are suppose to be assisting your costomers but instead you chase them away! SAA STINKS!!!
