It has been a while where i have been completing surveys, and yet when you start to redeem the points, they dont sms you the pin.
when you send an email to them, they have no replay to your queries, they just leave this hanging.
what type of service is this, this is more and more a load of if you ask me, you waste your time to complete the they send you, reward you, and then they don't want you to redeem your points.
either you have to sharpen your services up Panel station, you are giving yourself a bad name with your services and with holding peoples rewards.
