3hours & still no answer from 24 hr call centre

I am based in JHB & a family member from Durban is visiting. i purchased the ticket via computicket which has never been an issue before, now i have been advised that the physical ticket is required but by the driver in pinetown from the departure point. i have been trying to get hold of the call centre for 3 hours to confirm is this is correct and if we could make alternative arrangments for the passenger as the ticket ispaid for but is located in JHB. however, i have no luck as the numbers i have found on the website as well as the number that was supplied by computicket DO NOT WORK!!! the ticket is booked for tomorrow morning and if the passenger is not allowed onto the bus, i will sue intercity Xpress.
