I posted my boarding passes for a trip to Thailand that I made to the SAA Voyager offices via courier on the 14th January 2013. The next day they arrived at Voyager, and I received the POD document.
To this day (21 May 2013), Voyager cannot even tell me if they have received the mail, let alone when my miles will be available to spend.
I now have to cancel a trip I wanted to make this year, because those missing miles make up the difference for the miles I need to qualify for the trip.
