Could not redeem online, had to phone in

I was excited to receive the Greenbacks Newsletter to see what I was able to redeem. I went online today, and logged in with my username and password. It went through no problem. When I tried to select the item I wanted to redeem and add to the shopping cart, it would just hang. I logged off and tried this again twice. I checked the normal Nedbank Internet banking website to see if it was slow or non-responsive, but that worked fine. I was very frustrated that I could not redeem my points online, so I resorted to calling the Nedbank Contact Centre. I had to spend 18 - 20 minutes to redeem my points over the phone. This was a waste of my time and money on cell phone costs. Please can you investigate why your online option is not responsive for Greenbacks and give feedback.
