For the year of 2013 non of my Voyager miles were update yet. After allot of calls, bad attetudes and promises from SAA that are not kept I hope you can help. I am sitting with 18 boarding passes that need to be updated to my Voyager Miles profile. SAA went through a system upgrade/change last year and to change my profile for my Voyager miles to be updated automatically as well as the backlog to be added is not happeing at the moment.
I will apprecaite the help.
