Well, thanks to Mango and their uncaring attitude, passengers were left stranded... my mum, 83yrs old, missed her connecting flight from Jhb to Egypt, even though I begged for her to be put on another airline! I had managed to get a seat for her on Kulula, all they had to do was to authorise it, but the lady in charge refused to listen!! An old lady used her life savings so that she could fulfill her desire to visit one of Islam's holy places and they couldnt be bothered??? I am totally disgusted at the lack of customer care and attitude shown by some of the ladies at check in!!!
