On the 27th December I flew from OR Tambo to Bloem, when I got to bloem my luggage was left at OR and the guy at Bloem promised that I'll be having my luggage the ff day On the 28th. Towards the end of the 28th when realizing nothing is happening, I tried calling the guy Lennox whom they said he's weekend off. on the 30th I went to enquire about my luggage at OR Tambo where they told me my luggage will be in Bloem by the 31st, On the 3rd Lennox from Bram Fisher airport called me saying my bag has arrived but it's empty and SAA said it's taking the responsibility for that.
I just need an explanation, if they decide to leave my bag behind, and the next thing my bag comes late and empty who should be taking responsibility?
