In November 2012 SA Express lost my luggage at OR Tambo airport. I was made to complete a claim form. Whenever I've tried to follow up this claim I have been shifted from pillar to post. It's been now 4 months and I still have not been refunded. This is highly unacceptable since I was in no way responsible for any of this. Their claims department is disastrous and they have not made any effort to keep me updated on what is happening.
