I booked a flight back to China on March 28th, 00:30. After checking in, I recieved a phone and decided to stay so I went to SAA to offload my luggage, they said yes, but they are closed the luggage can only be obtained tomorrow morning. So I waited until 8:00 in the morning. SAA checked their system and told me it is in Beijing now. They ask me to go back and will call me until luggage is back. Three days later, I received no call and went to OR Tambo looking for it. I was told that the luggage was just sent to China today. The lady even said it was my fault of cancelling the flight. So I was told to go back until Next Monday. But today, i called them, SAA lady told me it is still in China and there is nothing they can do to make it sure the luggage will be back. I can only wait.
It is very inconvenient without my luggage, it caused me much trouble and what makes it worse is that there is no hope that I can get it soon.
