I booked a vacation to Mauritius directly with the owner/CEO of the travel agency African Dream Tours. At the time of the booking, African Dream Tours was a supplier to the organisation that I work for as such I trusted that there would be no issues since we did some of our international travel arrangements with them. On the day that my family and I were meant to leave for our vacation I discovered that no travel arrangements were made for us - I called the airline and the resort that was all confirmed according to Ebrahim, the owner of African Dream Tours only to discover that he did not book any travel arrangments. As anyone can imagine, we were devasted by this and I immediately requested that my money be refunded. My family and I were meant to travel on 27th December 2012, I requested that my money be refunded the very same day and up until today - 11 January 2013 - I have still not recieved my money back. I have called this travel agent on numerous occassions and he has confirmed via email that he has paid my money back but to date has not sent me any proof of payment. Do not use this travel agency unless you are prepared to risk having your money.
