So far Absa got someone to call me once to say they have not succeeded in processing the refund. The last four calls Absa has not been available while "Lebogang" also does not bother to call back after promising to do so. Absa refuses to return any calls. Spoke to "Pontsho" today finally who said it is being processed for a refund at last and that I should see it by the end of the week.
Let's hope she is the first honest person I have come across at SAA Voyager. She had to apologize on Absa's behalf. He should be embarrassed. He is a complete and utter failure as a manager. No customer service skills...
