Still no response. Most horrible manager at ABSA

A month and a half after trying sort out Regan's mistake that left my name in bad light with therewith bureau, Regan STILL refuses to contact me. When will have ABSA see that the employees they have put in charge are ruining their business. Or does ABSA think it's ok for staff to treat clients badly? When is ABSA going to take this seriously?
