Apparently ABSA cannot call thier clients. calls are not recorded when absa calls you therefore you have to call them. This is ridiculous! I want someone to call my father in law so he can tell ABSA to send the orginal reg papers for the vehicle that I have just paid for to me! if this does not happen today, i am going to the ombudsman, because you can take my money but you cannot make a phone call. This is the only way to get service out of ABSA. I dont care how cheap your fees are, you get what you pay for and your service is disgusting!
