I registered a claim with ABSA for damage at my property in November. I've submitted numerous e-mail and proof of emergency repairs and quotes for work still outstanding. Up to date no assessor contacted me, ABSA did not refund me for expenses to dtae and no effort to resolve this matter. Ihave made numerous calls to the ABSA call centre. ABSA your service is pathetic!
