I have been paying my absa loan every month, yet ABSA has obtained a judgement against me. I have tried phoning ABSA, but been put though to several departments, yet nobody can give me an answer. Eventually I was told to contact Symington and De Kock. I had the unpleasant experience to deal with an arrogant mrs Coetzee who thinks she can make calls on behalf of the bank. She tells me the bank is not a charity, after I have offered to settle the debt. How can absa obtain a judgement against me if I am paying them?? Nobody at ABSA is willing to assist me!! I certainly hope that ABSA does not instruct symington and de Kock to deal with ABSA clients in the manner that Mrs Coetzee does!! She is a bad reflection on ABSA and Symington and de kock!!
