Good Day

I have been experiencing problems with ABSA's credit card (collections)
A refund is due to me since closing my credit card. this refund was supposed to have been transfered to my savings account on the 14/03/2013. today is the 18/03/2013. 6 days and 6 phone calls later - no response
Nothing happened. The refund wasn't processed.

ABSA - totally useless...
