Card Cloned ABSA refuses to refund

My card was cloned and about R10000 spent on it. Went to the branch where every single person I spoke to said, nah you'll get your money back. The one lady even said that, "You trust the bank with your money, so if they cant keep it save they will refund you". After getting no feedback from ABSA I phoned them today just tohear that they will not refund me as it is my fault. Criminals put a device into an ABSA ATM and cloned my card, now it is my fault. Why is there no cameras at the ATM why does these ATM's allow criminals to put this device into ATM's. The lady at ABSA deartment was so rude, and she makes you feel like you would purposly give your card and pin to criminals. It is as if ABSA doesn't care about what the client has gone through. Not once has anyone at ABSA that I spoke to said "Sorry to hear that" or showed any empathy! They don't realise what the customer went through and how their privacy was invaded, rather treat them as the criminal. I am very very unhappy with the way ABSA has treated this case and how they treated me. Yes she said I can lodge a dispute, but it sounds like their mind is made up and this will be my loss to bear.
