In May my account was debited for "Absa Rewards and internet Banking" - i have never signed up for any such programme and dont even have internet banking. I immediately contacted Absa Rewards who advised that i would receive a refund. After numerous phone calls and follow ups to Absa Rewards and after receiving no feedback I contacted Absa Complaints line at the end of May - it is now the middle of June and I have still not received a call back from EITHER Absa Rewards or Absa Complaints Line or my refund - What must i do to get my money back that you illegally debited from my account and for something that i never agreed to sign up for. I have banked with ABSA all my life and am now wondering WHY??
