Negligent damage

On Sunday 3rd Nov, I utilised Indlovu's car wash business. After completion of the car wash, I entered my vehicle, and immediately discovered that the cover surrounding my gear lever had been broken whilst the interior was cleaned. I immediately called the supervisor and showed him the damage - without leaving the car wash.

Subsequently, I have tried countless time to make contact with Indlovu managers (Walter and Praneel) and have been met with stalling tactics at every turn including non returned phone calls as well as full email boxes. I have also tried emailing the owner - Joel Singh - but as is typical of Indlovu Fleet Services, have had no response.

My frustration in trying to resolve this situation has continued to grow with the increasing realisation that my sitaution is not being addressed and I can see that they simply hope that I go 'away'. The amount of time I have spent trying to get hold of anyone for assistance and revisiting the car wash is simply unacceptable and I am now extremely upset over this entire incident.
