Ms Mthiyana a true ambassador for BA Comai

I received excellent, friendly service from Ms Wendy Mthiyana from BA
at the airport in Durban yesterday. I am a teacher from P.E. who
travelled with a twelve year old learner. We were booked on a flight
from Durban to Jhb and then from Jhb back to P.E. She was not only
friendly and efficient, but walked the extra mile to arrange that the
learner and I sit together on both flights and as a bonus the learner
(who only flew for the first time ever from P.E. to Durban on Friday)
also got to sit in a window seat. She also patiently went through the
list of items that the learner had to confirm she did not pack in her
suitcase.
We were the guests of Plastic SA and I also told their representatives
about the excellent service that we received. Ms Mthiyana is a true
ambassador for British Airways.
